Ensign-Bickford Realty Corporation's professional staff coordinate's the building design process to be responsive to the customer's needs and financial criteria. Our staff contracts and manages the construction process to insure a quality product that is delivered on time and within budget. We assist the customer with the design, construction, tenant improvements and relocation into new facilities.

These services are offered in conjunction with new building programs or renovations to our existing properties. Our expertise ranges from the design and construction of new class "A" office buildings, new high-tech flexable use buildings, interior renovation to the conversion of a 300-year old grist mill to a resturant.

Land Use Planning and Development

Ensign-Bickford Realty Corporation's professional staff is committed to long-term involvement and development of our land as a unique and quality Business Park. With acres of wooded, rolling topography, and water features much of the natural conditions are preserved and enhanced. Strict design standards have been established to ensure a high level of aesthetic building and site development, in close harmony with the land. Our principle developments include the Powder Forest® Business Park in Simsbury, and Avon Park North and South in Avon, Connecticut.
