Ensign-Bickford Realty Corporation (EBR) is situated in Simsbury, CT. The police and fire departments of both towns are located less than two miles away.

Working closely with EBR's Facility Manager our Maintenance Supervisor will respond to, coordinate and follow up on all tenant maintenance requests and services. EBR also employs the services of Ensign-Bickford Security that monitor our facilities and will respond to after business hours emergencies.
